Huttenpark Primary School will be upgrading our CCTV camera system and will need suitable companies to quote. To ensure a fair and transparent process we invite all interested companies to indicate if they would like to tender. Please forward your email address to Mr J Schoeman (email@example.com). The required tender documents will then be forwarded. Emails must reach Mr Schoeman by Friday 25 May 2018 no later than 12:00.
For companies to be eligible to take part in this tender process a minimum of:
- 5 references of previous installations (Preferably 50 cameras or more)
- Company profile with at least 5 years relevant business experience
Companies who indicate they would like to take part in the tender process will be allowed an opportunity to do a site inspection at 8:00 on Tuesday 29 May 2018.
